If you've ever heard Tom Waits sing, you know she is pretty much spot-on with that comment.

Maggie LOVES Tom Waits. His voice can sound like so many different things. Listen to "Black Wings" from Bone Machine sometime- he sounds like, according to Mags, "the short angry guy in Mulan", aka Harvey Fierstein. She also loves his take on Brecht/Weil "Kommeniezuspadt" and, of course "Lucky Day"- "There's nothing like a campfire... AND A CAN OF BEANS."
