Lily came over, which was nice since Abra was missing in action. Thalia and Lily posed for a minute...
After an hour or so of looting and pillaging the neighborhood (during which Thalia learned that if you are trick-or-treating at a house that displays a University of Michigan flag, when you say "Go Blue!" you get an extra handful of candy) we came back home when the pumpkin candy bag was too overloaded for Thalia to carry any more. At that point it was dark and we lit the pumpkins.
And then Thalia got to hand out the candy... with a little help from Mom.
Happy Halloween, all! I'll post a picture of Abra in her witch costume when she comes home in the morning....Update: OK, here's the witch:

The girls look great -& Mommy, too. The pumpkins are gorgeous. Go Blue - what a quick learner.
such a fun time! The girls look great and your pumpkins are magnifique! Now I saw that Brenna dressed up as a smiling lawyer (that is the scariest)...what were you?
CANDY!!!!
You were the photographer!
THe photos are great -thanks so much for posting them. The girls are adorable and Brenna's smile shines. The pumpkins -- how you do dat?! You and Bill, amazingly talented guys.
Chris sat outside giving away candy. We figured King'd have a stroke with all the doorbells and strangers. Either he would, or the kids would. With the washer and dryer going and Return of the King at pretty high levels, he didn't hear much else. phew.
